Your property is likely your largest investment and we know how important it is that it be cared for and maintained properly. Choosing the right property manager can make or break your investment portfolio.
We evaluate properties, prepare market analyses, coordinate repairs, arrange professional photography, market homes on MLS and social media, coordinate showings, screen applicants, prepare leases, manage move-ins, collect rent and deposits, respond to repair requests, perform inspections, and keep an open line of communication with owners and tenants.
What we charge owners
Monthly management fee: 10% of monthly rent. Bookkeeping: $28 monthly. Administrative fee: $500 one-time. Lease renewals, inspections, vendor coordination, and move outs: ZERO.
What we charge tenants
Standard tenant charges include security deposit, market rent, pet rent if applicable, a $50 insufficient-funds charge, and a $500 early lease termination fee.
